Every time I go into town there is another business closing.  It is a shame that lots of people are losing their jobs.  I hope that it gets better before it gets worse.  I'm being optimistic because that's what we need to do.  Lots of houses for sale, it's an epidemic.  The upside is it makes for a good market for buyers.  Looking for a dramatic turnaround.
